1.  Each home may cast (only) one Ballot, as outlined in the Voting Instructions
2.  Voting is optional but the required information is mandatory in order to submit the online voting form.
3.  Below please find the Director Candidate biographies for review then cast your vote below.
4.  The deadline for online ballot submission is 6pm on 5/22/24.

    ​REQUIRED INFORMATION:  The following information is required in order to submit your ballot via this online voting form.  This information is used to validate ownership and voting rights as per the HOA's governing documents.  Be sure to enter the homeowner's name, property address and contact information as it appears on title.
    VOTING SECTION:  Please review the following actions subject to member vote then vote accordingly.  While the above "required information" section is mantatory, voting is not.  If you submit this voting form without casting a vote below, your ballot will be counted towards quorum only.

    ​Each home/household may select no more than THREE (3) candidates; ballots cast for more than the specified number of candidates are invalid.

    To cast your vote for the Board of Directors, check the box adjacent to the candidate's name for which you wish to cast your vote. If your candidate's name does not appear below, you may type their name(s) in the Write-In Candidate space(s) below. 

    NOTE: there are three Director positions up for election but only one candidate nomination was received in advance of Ballot distribution. Additional nominations will be called from the floor at the Annual Meeting. If you’re interested in serving your community as a member of the Board, please submit your nomination when the final call for candidates is made at the start of the Annual Meeting on May 22
